1. About the My Enotel Loyalty Program
1.1. My Enotel is the Enotel Group's loyalty program that ensures Participants have access to exclusive benefits during their stay.
1.2. To become a member of the program, the Participant must register through our website, by registering with the requested information;
1.3. My Enotel takes into account the history of daily rates linked to the holder's CPF in the last 5 (five) years, counting from the date of registration until the first check-out, for classification into the categories that will be made available in the future.
1.4. When signing up for the program, the Participant immediately has access to exclusive advantages, guaranteeing special benefits and advantages, in accordance with our Advantages Policy.
2. Registration in the My Enotel Loyalty Program
2.1. The Program was developed by the company ENOTEL PORTO DE GALINHAS RESORT SPA, with corporate name ENOTEL HOTELS RESORTS SA, CNPJ 03.787.288/0001-84, and head office on Rodovia PE-9 - Porto de Galinhas, Ipojuca - PE, 55.590-000.
2.2. Individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age can join the Program.

2.4. To register for the "My Enotel" Program on the website, you must fill in the following fields:

2.8. The first use of the services provided by the "My Enotel" program by the Participant will be considered tacit acceptance of the conditions stipulated in these terms and in the privacy policy.
2.9. The use and protection of the "login" and "password" are intuitu personae, that is, non-transferable and inalienable, and are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Participant. The obligations assumed here are the sole responsibility of the Participant, and distribution and/or transfer to others is prohibited.
3. Subscription to the My Enotel Loyalty Program
3.1. Joining the "My Enotel" Loyalty Program is completely free and there are no charges. Participants must only provide the information requested during registration, as per clause 2.4.
3.2. For contracted services, that is, reservations made with the exclusive discount of the "My Enotel" loyalty program, the customer must make payment in the country's currency.
